4 Week Fitness Challenge 💪🏼
Our 4-week challenges are built around group fitness classes designed to help you feel stronger, more confident, and supported every step of the way.
During each class, you’ll learn proper weightlifting techniques, improve your form, and receive guidance on nutrition to help you reach your goals.

• 4 weeks of fitness training
• Nutrition plan + meal ideas
• Before & after photos (taken on the first & last day)
• Body measurements tracking
• Workout modifications based on your fitness level

Classes run Monday–Thursday depending on the time slot you select. All fitness levels are welcome!
⏰ Important:
The 6AM class is led by Leslie Castillo, while all other class times are coached by Alexya Castillo.
